Erika McKay, a senior at Northern Lehigh High School (Class of 2015), has verbally committed to play field hockey at Division 1 Towson University in Maryland for Coach Carly Campana.

McKay will be a four-year varsity starter for Bulldogs' coach Jessica Frew and helped lead the team to Northern Lehigh's first ever Colonial League field hockey title in 2013.McKay also plays for Phil Danaher's Mystic Hockey Club, representing them at the National Indoor Tournament and National Hockey Festival.McKay, who is at the top of her class academically, plans to major in Speech Pathology and Deaf Studies at Towson University.
