A suspicious vehicle parked at the Fegley Mini Mart in McAdoo caught the attention of police on July 19.
As officers were about to approach when the driver exited the vehicle and was picked up in another car. The second car was stopped so officers could question the first driver, eventually identified as Justin Staver, 32, of Lebanon.Staver provided a fake name and birth date, twice. Once he was positively identified, a records check indicated his driver's license had been suspended.Staver was charged with providing false identification to law enforcement and for driving with a suspended license.
