Nicholas Hux, 19, of Barnesville, has been cited by McAdoo police following a traffic stop.

Hux was stopped after failing to use his turn signal on Aug. 3. When officers searched his vehicle, with his permission, they found a Chinese Star, a circular device with three blades.He was cited for possession of a prohibited weapon and failure to signal properly.
