A burglary that happened between 8 p.m. June 22 and 8:10 p.m. July 18 at a home in Chestnuthill Township is being investigated by state police at the Fern Ridge barracks.

Police said the victim is Lukasz Janusz Baran, 34, of 1713 Johns Road, Effort.Police said someone used force to gain entry to a detachable shed on the property by tearing the latch and lock from the front door. Once inside, the intruder removed a 2001 Yamaha Warrior 350cc ATV and fled in an unknown direction.
