Three Carbon County men have been cited by Rush Township Police following an incident on July 24.

Damian C. Lukas, 18, of Nesquehoning, Michael J. Cataldo, 18, and Jay Ohl, 19, both of Jim Thorpe, were cited for underage drinking and violating the open container laws.The incident happened at 12:05 a.m. on Claremont Avenue.
