Two people were cited for underage drinking and other offenses following an incident that occurred Tuesday.

State police at Fern Ridge said Troy Schauder, 20, of Effort, and Berkay Kasal, 18, of Forest Hills, N.Y., arrived at 1340 Route 209 in Chestnuthill Township at 4:14 a.m. under the influence of alcohol and were knocking on the door and windows of the residence before fleeing.They were lated located. They were also charged with public drunkenness and criminal trespass, troopers said.
