A dispute over a child led to one party being cited.

State police at Fern Ridge said the incident occurred at the residence of Jessica L. Jusino, 25, of 714 Michael Drive in Saylorsburg.Troopers said Jusino and the father of her child, Jonathan D. Rodriguez, 21, of Stroudsburg, got into a dispute over child care arrangements at 9:39 p.m. on Saturday.The argument escalated with Rodriguez deciding to disengage from the fight and leave. Jusino stood in front of a vehicle driven by Rodriguez to prevent him from leaving.Rodriguez then pushed or shoved Jusino out of the way and left. Jusino was not injured. Troopers said a citation was filed against Rodriguez charging him with harassment.
