Public drunkennessA citation was filed against Louise Smith, 48, of 2367 E. Lizard Creek Road, Lehighton for public drunkenness. The violation occurred at 11:12 p.m. Sunday at Mauch Chunk Road and Walnut St.SpeedingDeron Christman, 42, of 226 Delaware Ave., received a citation for speeding at 5:36 p.m. Saturday in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Citations were issued to Jeffrey Maehrer Jr., 32 of 112 E. Church St., Slatington for speeding and expired license. The violations occurred at 6:13 p.m. Tuesday in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Vehicle violationDaniel Martnick, 31, of 846 Walnut Drive, Palmerton, was cited for expired inspection at 5:49 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue, Palmerton.Citations were filed against Dawn Henderson, 41, of 414 Lehigh Ave., Palmerton, for driving under suspension and expired inspection at 6:28 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of Delaware Ave.Stalking chargesCriminal charges were filed against Troy Dubois, 43, of 939 Mauch Chunk Road, Apt. 5, of Palmerton, for stalking and loitering and prowling at night. The incident occurred at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of W. Princeton Ave., Palmerton.Careless drivingWilliam Fronheiser, 20, of 215 Lehigh Ave., Palmerton, was issued a citation for careless driving at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday at Third St. and Delaware Avenue, Palmerton.Traffic violationStephen Ingles, 18 of 201 Main St., Walnutport, was cited for traffic control signals, which occurred at 2:50 a.m. on Thursday at Delaware Avenue and Mauch Chunk Road.
