State police at Lehighton reported on two harassment incidents.

Troopers said the first was the result of a domestic incident involving a mother and daughter. Marjorie Midera Ramos, 20, and her mother, Shana Ramos, 49, both of 1320 Kunkletown Road in Saylorsburg, were involved in the dispute.As a result the daughter was cited for harassment and disorderly conduct, troopers said.The second incident occurred on July 30, at 8:07 p.m. at Twin Lake and Arrow lanes in the Robin Hood Lakes development in Polk Township.Troopers said a 16-year-old male juvenile was jogging in that area when an unknown person jumped out of the woods and punched the victim in his mouth. The assailant then fled the scene.
