State police at Lehighton reported on the following arrests made by troopers.
Christopher McDonough, 25, of Gilbert, is facing charges following incidents that occurred on Sunday at 3:14 p.m. at 1046 Interchange Road in Gilbert. Troopers said McDonough arrived at the address and asked the owner, a 46-year-old female, if he could live there temporarily.He was told he could not. Then, in a fit of rage, he pushed the female, then left the scene. A short time later he returned and further verbally harassed the woman.He was charged with harassment and trespassing, troopers said.Troopers said on July 26 at 3:05 p.m. Noel Rivera, 38, and Yajaira Marie Martinez-Millan, 34, both of Polk Township, were involved in a verbal argument that turned physical.The incident occurred in the 8000 block of Kings Way in Polk Township. Both were issued citations for harassment, troopers said.Vito Galatia, 23, of Effort, was cited for disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred on Monday at 9 p.m. in the 4000 block of Queens Way, in Polk Township.Troopers said Galati was at a residence and jumped up and down on the front porch while yelling at a 23-year-old female, troopers said.Andrew Anthony Kressler, 65, of 2367 E. Lizard Creek Road in East Penn Township, was cited for harassment for incidents that occurred over a three-month period, beginning May 20 to Tuesday, July 29, when he was charged.Troopers said Kressler harassed a 58-year-old woman at 2353 E. Lizard Creek Road, by leaving lewd voicemails and yelling lewd and lascivious comments in a public setting.
