Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 500 Church Dr., Palmerton (Trachsville) will hold its annual church picnic on Aug. 2. The rain date is Aug. 3.

The festivities begin at noon in the church grove.At 2 p.m., there will be a worship service with guest speaker, the Rev. Jody Neifert.At 3:30 p.m., Nevada's Loft will be the afternoon's entertainment.At 6 p.m., the Lehighton Band will perform and the cake walk will take place.
