Brooke Michelle Murphy, 23, of 306 Hazle St., Tamaqua, has been cited for defiant trespass by Tamaqua police.

Despite verbal and written warnings banning her from Fegley's Mini Mart, 30-32 Cedar St., Murphy entered the store at 11:40 a.m. on July 5.Store personnel provided police with video footage of the incident.
