Tyrell James Rucker, 23, of 301 W. Broad St., Tamaqua, has been cited for disorderly conduct for using obscene language on July 3.

Borough police were dispatched to 12 S. Greenwood St. at 1:30 p.m. for a domestic dispute in progress. Once there they observed a woman crying on the front porch and a male with a bicycle heading north. The man was Rucker, who initially refused officers' requests to stop and put down the bike.He also kept cursing and yelling, which earned him the citation.
