A Carbon County woman was involved in an incident in Lehigh County in which the other party was cited.

Upper Macungie Township police said a female juvenile from Royersford, Montgomery County, got into a verbal argument with Terri O'Donnell, 50, of Palmerton, at the Holiday Inn, located at 7736 Adrienne Drive, in Breinigsville, about 1:37 p.m. on Monday, July 14.During the argument the juvenile spit on O'Donnell's car. The juvenile was cited for disorderly conduct, police said.
