State police at Lehighton are investigating a theft from vehicle and scattering of rubbish incidents.

Terrell McLoed of Effort reported items were removed from his parked vehicle along New York Boulevard in Polk Township over an extended period of time. The time frame was set at between June 7 and July 7.Troopers said the scattering of rubbish incident occurred along Coyote Drive in Penn Forest Estates in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County.Troopers said two televisions were dumped on the side of the road. The incident occurred sometime between July 9 and 12.
