A Monroe County woman is facing charges following an incident reported at 3 p.m. July 4.

State police at Fern Ridge said Suzanne Ghin, 50, of Stroudsburg, has been charged with stalking and harassment by communication.She was charged for incidents involving Dr. Christopher Imber, 45, of South Hill, Virginia, as the victim and occurring at 127 Quill Court in Chestnuthill Township.Troopers said Ghin was charged for incidents that have occurred over the past several months. Ghin was arraigned Friday.
