State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a theft from vehicle incident.

Troopers said Thomas Heenan, 80, of Pottsville, reported his car was entered while parked at 39 Ann St., East Norwegian Township. Removed from the vehicle was a white bank envelope, which contained $690 in cash.The incident occurred sometime between 10:50 and 11:40 a.m. on Thursday.
