State police at Frackville are investigating the reported theft of a rifle in the Schuylkill Township community of Brockton.

Troopers said Brian Bahm, 71, of 343 Valley St., reported a .22-caliber long rifle was stolen from his truck while it was parked at his residence. The theft occurred sometime between 10 p.m. Monday and 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 570-874-5300.
