A Luzerne County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following a traffic stop in Monroe County.
State police at Fern Ridge said Ouro Gnaou Kafaba, 45, of Wilkes-Barre, was stopped for speeding along Interstate 80 in Tobyhanna Township at 9:36 p.m. on Saturday.He was found to be under the influence and was taken to the barracks for a breath test. Troopers said DUI and related charges were filed.
