PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Philadelphia's mayor is promising a review of the city's July Fourth concert after several acts used expletives during their performances.

Mayor Michael Nutter tells KYW-AM (http://cbsloc.al/1jZGxan ) that concert organizers are contractually obligated to make the free concert suitable for families.
