July 7, 2004 Tamaqua rallies for three runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to gain a 7-6 walk-off win over Franklin Township in the District 18 11-12 Little League tournament. Trailing by two runs, Tamaqua gets a bases-loaded walk from Tyler Rynkiewicz and a sacrifice fly from Ryan Palsgrove to tie game. Carl Wittig follows with a hit down the third base line to chase home the winning run. Mike Streisel tosses a scoreless sixth inning and gains the pitching win.
