Reginald Kranert, 51, of 655 Arlington St., Tamaqua, has been cited in connection with a disturbance at his home on June 27.

Tamaqua Police were dispatched to the home at 7:52 a.m. on a report of an intoxicated male causing a disturbance. Officers found Kranert standing on his porch, loudly yelling obscenities. He continued to yell and scream, refusing to cooperate with police.As the officers spoke with people inside the home, Kranert began stumbling down Arlington Street, continuing his tirade.He was arrested and taken back to the police station, where he was given citations for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
