Mahoning Township plans to improve road markings at the intersection of Frederick's Grove Road and the Walmart Supercenter.

Supervisor Bruce Steigerwalt provided a layout for the markings that need to be fixed, which was then sent to the Walmart store.Steigerwalt said that there were crosswalks, stop bars and arrows on the road that were faded or nonexistent and needed repainting.Money for the project is held in escrow in a maintenance fund that serves to keep several intersections safe, including the intersection on Route 443.It has not been determined when the improvements will be done.
