A tractor trailer rig left a Schuylkill County road, struck guard rail and then crashed into parked cars in an automobile dealer lot.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Christopher Reber, 48, of Schuylkill Haven, was driving a 2000 Freightliner tractor with trailer northbound on Route 61, West Brunswick Township, about 10:15 a.m. on Wednesday, June 25, when he said something happened and he veered to the right.The rig struck the guard rail damaging 135 feet before striking a utility pole. After impact with the pole the rig continued north into the Deer Lake Auto lot where it struck five parked vehicles. There were no injuries.
