Two men are facing charges following a traffic stop on Tide Road in Rush Township.

Rush Township Police said Michael Stisowain, 18, of Hometown, is facing charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of hashish and possession of drug paraphernalia.Quintin Sabol, of Tamaqua, a passenger in the vehicle, is facing charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.Stisowain was transported to Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street in Pottsville for blood tests.
