Palmerton Police Department is investigating the following incidents.

Controlled substance: Criminal charges were filed against Robert Ruzicka, 23, of 592 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, for unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.The incident occurred at 7:14 p.m. on April 28 in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.Harassment: Chris Hunsicker, 32, of 670 W. Princeton Ave., Palmerton, was cited for harassment and disorderly conduct. The violations occurred at 6:44 p.m. on June 17 at the above address.A citation was filed against a 12-year-old Palmerton male for harassment. The violation occurred at 4:03 p.m. on June 2 in the 400 block of Franklin Avenue.Dogs at large: Jon Kistler, 43, of 125 Princeton Ave., Palmerton, was cited for dogs running at large. The violation occurred at 10 a.m. on June 13 in the 100 block of Princeton Avenue.Vehicle violations: Erin Castellaneta, 31, of 621 Lafayette Ave., Palmerton, was cited for no state inspection.The violation occurred at 4:36 p.m. on June 13 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.A citation was issued to Drew Haycock, 23, of 186 Monroe Drive, Saylorsburg, for expired inspection. The violation occurred at 5:11 p.m. on June 13 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Four citations were given for speeding, three on Mauch Chunk Road and one on Delaware Avenue.
