SpeedingPamela Zuppo, 42, of 231 Lehigh Ave., Palmerton, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on June 8 at 1:22 p.m. on Route 248 east.A citation was issued to Benjamin Santee, 19, of 1020 Cedar St., Laurys Station, for speeding. The violation occurred on June 14 at 10:40 p.m. in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Christina Smith, 30, of 430 Delaware Ave., Apt. 3, Palmerton, was cited for speeding and drivers required to be licensed. The violation occurred on June 8 at 8:12 p.m. in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.A citation was issued to Devin McCLain, 26, of 1256 E Sixth St., Apt. 2, Bethlehem, for speeding. The violation occurred on June 7 at 9:33 a.m. on Route 248 east.Rachel Klinger, 25, of 480 Kuehner Ave., Slatington, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on June 9 at 2:15 p.m. in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Traffic violationHolly Faust, 31, of 5499 Schochary Road, New Tripoli, was cited for obedience to traffic control device. The violation occurred on May 31 at 9:40 p.m. at Hillside Avenue and Princeton Avenue.Vehicle violationEdward Zielinski Jr, 24, of 3120 Forest St., Lehighton, was cited for expired inspection. The violation occurred on June 10 at 5:08 p.m. in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.A citation was filed against Corianne Guzman-Pena, 26, of 426 N Second St., Allentown, for expired registration. The violation occurred on June 7 at 10:07 a.m. in the 700 block of W. Princeton Avenue.Brian Kates, 23, of 3440 Franklin St., Emerald, was cited for expired inspection. The violation occurred on May 23 at 6 p.m. in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.Disorderly conductStephen Ruger, 48, of 682 W. Princeton Ave., Palmerton, was cited for disorderly conduct. The violation occurred on June 7 at 10:30 a.m. in the 700 block of W. Princeton Avenue.A juvenile referral was filed against a 16-year-old Whitehall male for institutional vandalism and disorderly conduct. The incident occurred on April 30 at 12:30 p.m. in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.James Shelak II, 1353 Deer Path Drive, Walnutport, was cited for disorderly conduct, driving under suspension, and expired registration. The violations occurred on May 20 at 5:45 p.m. on Hillside Avenue.
