Police have released few details of a homicide of a county resident.

State police at the Fern Ridge barracks said David C. Crothers, 19, of Kunkletown, died on Friday, June 13, at the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, of stab wounds he sustained on June 9.Troopers said on June 9 about 6:35 a.m. Crothers was involved in an altercation with a known person along Locust Lane in Chestnuthill Township, and sustained stab wounds to his legs. He was then transported to PMC.Troopers said the investigation is continuing and released no other details.
