Robert Evenden will speak on "The Case for a Convention of States" during a meeting of the Lehighton 9/12 Project on June 26 at the Lehighton American Legion Post.

A general meeting of the Lehighton 9/12 project begins at 6:30 p.m., and Evenden's talk starts at 7 p.m.The American Legion will be open for dinner at 5 p.m.Sandy Dellecker, president of the Lehighton 9/12 Project, said "This meeting is imperative."She said, "The federal government has overreached its constitutionally established boundaries and has its hands in almost every area of our lives.
