Irizarry Guillermina, 44, of 209 Gay St., Tamaqua, has been cited for violating the Tamaqua Borough Ordinance concerning barking dogs.

The citation was issued on June 8, when police were called to the area after complaints about the dogs. Neighbors said the small dogs are left outside for long periods of the day, barking for hours at a time.This was the fourth time officers received complaints about the dogs' barking.
