A Tremont man found sleeping in a vehicle in Rush Township on June 7 will be charged by police.

Tyler J. Haas, 20, was found asleep in his vehicle near Holly Road at 6:01 p.m. Also found inside the vehicle were 40 grams of marijuana and a smoking pipe.He will be charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
