Nichole Horack, 24, of Tamaqua, is facing several charges following a vehicle stop in Rush Township on June 7.

Horack faces charges of driving under the influence, driving under suspension-DUI related, and several traffic violations. The incident took place at 12:43 a.m.Charges are pending the results of blood tests done at Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street in Pottsville.
