At 6:29 p.m. on June 4, Pocono Mountain Regional police responded to 4 Cobblewood Drive, Mount Pocono, for a reported disturbance.

On scene, officers found a mother and her adult son arguing loudly on an outside deck. During the course of the investigation, police detected a strong odor of marijuana.A resident at the home, Mariano Dejesus-Castillo, 63, initially lied to police about having marijuana, but later confessed to possession and smoking marijuana. He will receive a summons by mail charging him with possession of a controlled substance, police said.
