State police at Fern Ridge reported the arrest of a Monroe County man for harassment.

Troopers said the incident occurred at 9:44 a.m. on June 3 at 1011 Blue Grass Lane in Effort.Troopers said Charles August Henneborn, 48, of that address approached a 27-year-old woman as she was lying in bed and placed his hands on her in an aggressive manner. A physical struggle ensued and Henneborn allegedly scratched the woman's right eye and cheek area causing redness and soreness, troopers said.
