Charges are pending against a Tamaqua driver as a result of a three-vehicle accident in Summit Hill.
The incident happened at 6:49 p.m. on June 3 at the intersection of White Bear Drive and Route 902.There were no serious injuries reported.Police said a car driven by Skye Fenton, 18, of Tamaqua, was westbound on East White Bear Drive and allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign.The Fenton vehicle struck a car driven by Michael Zulic of Summit Hill, which was southbound on Route 902.A third vehicle that was struck, also traveling on Route 902, was operated by Michael Tatuska of Lansford.The vehicles had to be towed from the scene.Summit Hill Fire Police assisted.
