State police at Frackville are investigating an incident where someone threw a rock at a moving vehicle from an overpass.

Troopers said at 7 p.m. on Sunday, a tractor trailer owned by Freight Works Transportation & Logistics, of Rutherfordton, North Carolina, was being driven northbound on Interstate 81 in Delano Township, Schuylkill County, when someone threw a rock from an overpass and struck the windshield of the rig.The windshield sustained a crack. Troopers did not identify the driver of the rig but no injuries were reported.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at 570-874-5300.
