Valerie Weston, 30, of Freeland, will be cited for possession of drug paraphernalia following a vehicle stop on Claremont Avenue, Hometown, on May 24.

During the 4:47 p.m. stop, Rush Township police found Weston to be in possession of a needle and several wax baggies.
