Palmerton Police Department is investigating the following incidents:

Traffic violationNumerous criminal charges were filed against Amber Defiore, 21, of 327 Held St., Lehighton, including unauthorized use of an automobile, accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property, driving under suspension, unauthorized transfer of use of registration, and careless driving.The incident occurred at 6:09 a.m. on May 4 in the 1100 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Citations were issued to Justin Wilcox, 23, of 4126 Bridge St., Whitehall, for driving under suspension.The violation occurred at 4:23 p.m. on May 28 at Mauch Chunk Road and Franklin Avenue.Citations were issued to Luke Ciraky, 19, of 67 Front St., Belvidere, New Jersey, for obedience to traffic control device and safety glass.The violations occurred at 1:50 a.m. on May 24 in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.Disorderly conductA citation was issued against a 14-year-old Albrightsville male for disorderly conduct.The violation occurred at 8:22 a.m. on May 28 in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.Two citations were issued for speeding and one for an expired registration.
