A Monroe County man is facing criminal counts stemming from the theft of auto items.

State police at Lehighton said Scott Young, 27, while a guest at the home of John Lukitsch, 59, of 3254 Woodland Drive, Saylorsburg, removed engine oil, an oil filter and spark plugs from the home and then took the items to the Advance Auto store in Brodheadsville to sell them.Charges of theft and related counts have been filed.
