A Monroe County driver crashed her vehicle along a county road then left the scene, only to be located later by police.

State police at Lehighton said Sarah Kobal, 21, of Effort, was driving an Oldsmobile Alero along Burger Hollow Road, near Bear Road, at 2:53 a.m. on Sunday, when the vehicle left the road and struck a tree on the right side.She then left the scene, troopers said, but was later located.
