Four Schuylkill County residents have been charged with various drug counts.

State police at Schuylkill Haven identified the suspects as Virginia Dorothy Scheipe, 32, of Schuylkill Haven; Albert Grant Troutman, 62, John Howard Fry, 43, and Clarence Walter Donton III, 35, all of Cressona.Troopers said the four had the charges filed against them on May 23 with District Judge James Ferrier of Orwigsburg. Charges include possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.The four were arrested as the result of an incident that occurred at 11:15 a.m. on May 5 at 3 Beech St., in Cressona.
