A Carbon County woman was cited for harassment following an incident reported at 11:15 p.m. on Sunday, May 25.

State police at Lehighton said the incident occurred at Sambrooke Circle in East Penn Township. Troopers said Nicole Miller, 27, of Lehighton, was cited for allegedly grabbing a 35-year-old woman by the throat and shoving her against a wall during an argument.
