The National Organization of Golden Gloves Officials of America (NOGGOA) President Mark Phillips (left) and Bernard A Bruni, team manager/official for the Pennsylvania Golden Gloves boxing team (right) were the recipients of recent awards when the National Golden Gloves Tournament of Champions was held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Phillips received his award for being a Hall of Fame inductee while Bruni was honored with the Presidents Award for Excellence.
