Harassment arrests

State police at Lehighton reported on arrests made by troopers for harassment.

At 9:41 p.m. May 14, troopers said Ronald L. Reichenbach, 54, and Jane Garrison, 65, both of Apt. 104, 1320 Kunkletown Road, Saylorsburg, were involved in a domestic dispute. Both were cited for harassment.At 2:30 p.m. May 18, at 119 Tyler Drive, Saylorsburg, Harry S. Unanst, 56, of 243 Held St., Lehighton, became upset and threw a mover's dolly at a man at that address. Unanst was cited for harassment.Two juveniles were cited at Pleasant Valley Intermediate School at 7:15 p.m. on May 15.Troopers said the two, both 14, one from Effort and one from Easton, struck each other during the close of a sporting event at the school.Jason Costenbader, 36, of Kunkletown, was cited after he verbally threatened a 66-year-old male from Lehighton. The incident occurred along James Lane in Towamensing Township, Carbon County.Eugene F. Blaney Jr., 67, of Kunkletown, was cited when troopers said he threatened a 16-year-old male from Kunkletown with bodily harm. The incident occurred at 8783 W. Nottingham Drive, Kunkletown, Polk Township.
