A Tamaqua man was committed to the Schuylkill County Prison in Pottsville on May 17 after an incident in Rush Township.

Police charged William Manness Jr., 32, with criminal trespass, making terroristic threats and harassment after he entered a residence on Mahanoy Avenue.Manness was arraigned before on-call District Judge David Rossi of Tremont, who set bail at $15,000 straight cash.
