Two Luzerne County residents were arrested on drug counts at a crash scene.

State police at Fern Ridge said troopers were at the scene along Interstate 80 westbound in Kidder Township, Carbon County, about 8:46 a.m. on May 11, when they discovered that Eudomar Concepcion, 18, of Hazleton, and a juvenile from Hazle Township, were in possession of illegal drugs.Troopers said they were charged with drug law offenses.
