A 17-year-old New Ringgold boy escaped injury in a one-vehicle crash at 11:05 a.m. May 17 on Route 443 in West Brunswick Township.

State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks said he was driving a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix eastbound when the vehicle veered off the road and struck a cluster of mailboxes on the east shoulder.The vehicle needed to be towed from the scene.Police said the boy will be cited.
