A Lynn Township man is the victim of an access device fraud incident that was reported on May 15.

The victim is Robert Henry Herring, 76, of 6089 Herring Court in the township.State police at the Fogelsville barracks said an unknown person obtained information on Herring's Cabela's Visa Signature Black credit card and used it to make $2,838.47 worth of purchases at the Wal-Mart and Walgreens stores in Whitehall.
