David D. James, 25, of Albrightsville, was cited by state police at the Fern Ridge barracks for causing a two-vehicle accident at 3:59 p.m. May 16 on Route 209 in Chestnuthill Township.

Police said he was driving a 2006 Nissan Altima that failed to stop for a stopped vehicle in front of his. The Altima crashed into the rear bumper of a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado operated by Thomas Ciszak, 46, of Kunkletown, who was waiting to turn onto Chestnut Lane at the time.No one was injured in the mishap.Police were assisted at the scene by the West End Fire Company and Borger's Towing.
