The violation occurred on May 2 at 9:52 p.m. at Mauch Chunk Road and Franklin Avenue.SpeedingJeana Ziegenfus, 30, of 727 Lehigh St., Apt. A, Bowmanstown, was cited for speeding. The violation occurred on May 8 at 6:18 p.m. in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.A citation was issued to a 17-year-old Palmerton female for speeding. The violation occurred on May 5 at 7:05 p.m. in the 60 block of Mauch Chunk Road.A citation was issued to Jared Winch, 27, of 522 Main St., Apt. 19, Bethlehem, for speeding. The violation occurred on May 4 at 5:20 p.m. in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.HarassmentJuvenile referrals were filed against a 15-year-old Emmaus male for aggravated assault, simple assault, and harassment; another against a 15-year-old Slatington male for aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault, two counts of harassment, resisting arrest, and persistent disorderly conduct; another against a 17-year-old Coaldale male for aggravated assault, three counts of simple assault, two counts of harassment, resisting arrest, criminal mischief, and persistent disorderly conduct. The incident occurred on May 5 at 8:37 a.m. in the 400 block of Delaware Avenue.A juvenile referral was filed against a 12-year-old Palmerton male for criminal solicitation. A juvenile referral was filed against another 12-year-old Palmerton male for simple assault and harassment. The incident occurred on April 24 at 4 p.m. in the 200 block of Lehigh Avenue.Retail theftVincent Micolucci, 92, of 89 Stedman Ave., Lehighton, was cited for retail theft. The violation occurred on May 8 at 6:18 p.m. in the 600 block of Mauch Chunk Road.Bad checkA citation was filed against Steven Serra, 58, of 115 East Broad St., Hazleton, for a bad check. The violation occurred on April 9 at 8:57 a.m. in the 200 block of Delaware Avenue.Junked vehiclesCitations for junked vehicles were filed against Kim Steigerwalt, 52, of 516 1/2 Franklin Ave., Palmerton, Michael Colodonato, 27, of 415 Delaware Ave., Palmerton, and Garett Anthony, 23, of 80 Hillside Ave., Palmerton. The violations occurred between March 25-26 at the above address.Traffic violationTina Dries, 34, of 901 Princeton Ave., Palmerton, was cited for stop signs and yield signs.
